Our charter service only uses Devlin designed and built wooden boats. Captain Sam Devlin of Olympia, WA has designed and built over 400 boats. Sam and the fine workmanship of his boats are regularly featured in Wooden Boat magazine and cruising publications. During your marina stops you'll inevitably have folks stop by who recognize his boats from various articles they've seen.
MOONGLOW
Moonglow is built for those who enjoy a little speed. With a new 200 horse Volvo diesel she has a 15 knot sweet cruising speed and top speed of about 23 knots. Moonglow is ideal for four people. She has made several trips with Captain Devlin up to Southeast Alaska. Some stories of those trips will give you a good idea of Moonglow's capabilities and comforts.
